Lessons

All lessons are led by our experienced staff, who are all fully trained, insured and DBS checked. Each lesson is carefully designed by our founder Helen, to ensure that every class is the ideal mixture of breath practices, yoga movement and postures, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.

Lessons are paid for by parents online at a very competitive rate: Students lessons are then supported using our innovative, purpose-built app, which sends pupils video lessons to enhance their learning.

Lessons are taught in groups which encourage personal, social and emotional development and cohesion between peers and the wider environment around them.

We also offer schools whole group tuition, small group sessions and 1-2-1. We are able to flexibly focus our sessions on individual schools’ topics, themes, or for specific occasions; for example, “Children’s Mental Health Week” and “ National Children’s Day”.
